To provide all ticket applicants with a fair opportunity, tickets will be accepted through a lottery system rather than on a first-come, first-served basis.
1. How to Apply for Lottery Tickets
- Submit your entry within the specified period.
- Login to STAGLEE is required to display the entry form.
- Fill out and submit the required information on the entry form.
- An entry completion notification email will be sent to the applicant.
2. Lottery Method
- After the entry deadline, winners will be randomly selected by a computer.
- The order of entries does not affect the lottery results.
3. Notification of Lottery Results
- Lottery results will be notified via email.
- Winners will receive a "Payment Instructions" email from STAGLEE.
4. Payment Method
- Click the payment link in the "Payment Instructions" email to connect to the payment service "Stripe." Please complete the payment using a credit card.
- Once payment is completed, "Stripe" will automatically notify STAGLEE, so you do not need to contact STAGLEE.
5. Payment Deadline
- Make the payment by the specified deadline stated in the "Payment Instructions" email.
- If payment is not made by the deadline without notifying STAGLEE of a valid reason, it will be considered a fraudulent application, and your STAGLEE account will be disabled (you will no longer be able to log in, so please be aware).
6. E-Ticket Issuance
- Your E-ticket will be listed in "My Page > Purchased Tickets" on STAGLEE by the E-ticket issuance deadline stated in the "Payment Instructions" email. Additionally, the E-ticket will be sent via email.
- On the event day, please present your E-ticket to the venue staff.
7. Serial Number
- The serial number will be automatically assigned upon winning and will be listed on the E-ticket.
- The serial number will not change based on the order of entry or payment.
8. No Cancellations or Duplicate Applications
- Cancellations are not possible after the entry deadline.
- If duplicate entries are made, the new entry will take precedence, and the old entry will be invalidated.
